From her perspective as a customs broker, the demand for original documents moving from place to place that has given way to electronic releases is likely the biggest change she has seen. She definitely didn’t take a traditional path to the business – she joined a bowling league when she was younger and was paired up with a woman who was a post-entry manager at a company named FW Myers.
