One of the longest-tenured RS employees, Tim joined the company in 2000 when he was working in a warehouse and “through sheer dumb luck,” came to us when he went to a headhunter who placed him. Over those two-plus decades, Tim reflects that the biggest change has been technology, but even those changes still pose problems and challenges. He loves his co-workers in the office but as the person who spends the most time communicating, enjoys the friendships he has made all over the world and wanted to send a special shout-out to his Italian agent.
